A submission to Cardiff Council under the s106 allocation process has resulted in the Integrate consortium being allocated six sites across Cardiff to deliver over 800 homes!

The success is largely due to the performance of the consortium as a housing provider, its ability to manage a range of accommodation to meet customer needs, and a commitment to strengthen the social fabric of our communities. Cardiff Council also stated that, “…Integrate provided comprehensive information and evidence of a commitment to working in partnership with the Council to address its strategic housing priorities”. Building should get underway in 2008/2009. Site allocation:

• Arjo Wiggins (VictoriaPark, Lower Ely) - 270 homes
• International Sports Village - 208 homes
• Cardiff City Football Club - 60 - 90 homes
• Roath Basin - 250 homes
• Colchester Avenue - 69 homes
• 892 – 894 Newport Road - 4 homes
