Integrate Consortium framework
worth up to £120m
The
Integrate Consortium of eight housing associations in South
Wales has invited expressions of interest for a four year
framework arrangement to carry out new build housing contracts
worth up to £120m. |

Integrate has been awarded
in excess of £29m to develop new affordable housing for the
people of Wales. The
Social Housing Grant, awarded by the Welsh Assembly Government,
will result in the building of over 1,000 new homes including
some major urban renewal and regeneration schemes in Swansea and
Cardiff. |

At a conference held in Cardiff on 28th
February, Assembly Minister for Social Justice and
Regeneration, Edwina Hart, launched the Integrate supply
chain. |

on 9th November 2006. |
Homes
for CardiffA submission to
Cardiff Council under the s106 allocation process has resulted in the
Integrate consortium being allocated six sites across Cardiff to deliver
over 800 homes! |
