This site at Leckwith Place was purchased on 31^st March 2004 with additional grant funding of £685,000. Work began on site in March 2005 and was completed 12 months later.  The contract was negotiated with M & J Cosgrove under a partnering agreement, and to this end a very high standard of construction has been achieved. The name Foundry Close was approved by Cardiff County Council to ensure that the site kept its connection with historical usage as an Iron Foundry.

• Three-bedroom houses – x4
