Cadwyn Housing
Association is based in the City of Cardiff with over 1100
homes for rent in various areas throughout the city. Cadwyn
aims to provide homes for those in greatest need. We work
closely with statutory and voluntary partners in hope of
meeting the need for housing. We try to provide best value
in a culture of empowerment for Tenants.
All of our homes, except
18, are located in the inner areas of Cardiff. Forty per
cent of our stock is in the Roath area, twenty three per
cent in Grangetown, and the remainder spread throughout
Canton, Ely, Cathays, Splott and Gabalfa. Three quarters of
the existing stock is rehabilitated older building, and over
fifty per cent suitable for single people or childless
couples. Cadwyn currently works with a number of voluntary
partners to provide a range of supported accommodation for a
range of individual with 'special' housing needs.
