A collaborative network of housing associations operating across Wales to promote local delivery and regional economy

Integrate is a collaborative network of housing associations. Each housing association serves its own customers but with the benefit of a greater pool of resources, skills, processes and experiences. This will produce greater benefits to both customers and Integrate partners.  

The partnership currently has approved consortium status. This means that Integrate has satisfied the Welsh Assembly Government that it has the capability to meet a range of minimum requirements.  

Integrate is committed to providing quality and value for money. With perseverance the partnership will achieve far more collectively than it could as eight housing associations working in isolation.

• Managing the development and maintenance programme to provide continuity of work

Integrate exists to encourage economies of scale and improved programme management arrangements. It also contributes to the cross-cutting themes of social inclusion, sustainability and equal opportunities, while maintaining local accountability and the identity and independence of the partners.

The major objective of Integrate is to share expertise among members both in the development process, and in areas of maintenance, housing management and community development. Members will collectively seek economies and improvements in these areas.
