Integrate land £29m to build new affordable homes in Wales

Integrate has been awarded in excess of £29m to develop new affordable housing for the people of Wales. The Social Housing Grant, awarded by the Welsh Assembly Government, will result in the building of over 1,000 new homes including some major urban renewal and regeneration schemes in Swansea and Cardiff. 

At a conference held in Cardiff on 28^th February, Assembly Minister for Social Justice and Regeneration, Edwina Hart, launched the Integrate supply chain.

The ‘Integrate’ consortium have been recognised at the prestigious UK Housing awards that were held in London on 9th November 2006.
